1. Do you own a domain and hosting? If you don’t, that’s no problem, as I can buy the domain and host it on my hosting account.

4. What language will the website be in? Czech only or Czech and other languages?

Website Proposal for Petra Orságová

Overview

1. The website will have 7/8 pages plus some legal pages (Terms & Conditions and a Privacy page). These legal pages are now mandatory as part of the GDPR regulations. You can leave out the legal pages if you like, but I advise you to include them.

2. The primary language of the website will be Czech. If you add another version of the website in a different language, such as English, that’s no problem. The English would be on website-name.cz/en/.

3. I will need to get the content (text and images) from you. I can also source some royalty-free images if required.

4. I will do on-page SEO for all the pages on the website in all languages. This includes adding the SEO title, meta description, the image alt tags, and schema markup.

This is what I will do for you.

1. The website will be built on the WordPress CMS, making it easy for you to update at any time. The website will have a stylish design that loads fast and will be similar to the reference websites that you provide.

2. The website will be mobile-friendly, meaning that it will be optimised for all devices.

3. I will create a logo for the website if that’s required.

4. Business email(s) set up. Example: info@website-name.com

5. I will do all editing of images in Photoshop and/or Lightroom.

6. I can also source some royalty-free images if needed.

7. The website would be very secure as I would install anti-malware on the website.

8. The website will have an SSL Cert (https) for extra security.

9. The website will be optimised for speed.

10. Google Search Console set up. This enables you to send a sitemap to Google in order to index and rank the pages.

11. Google Analytics set up. With this, you will be able to see what traffic your website gets and where it comes from, etc.

Timeframe

Once the project is started, I estimate that it will take up to 3 weeks to complete. I should get the website completed before the deadline date.

I have worked out the quote based on the number of hours required and the complexity of the website project. The following is included in the price:

1. Based on a 7 to 10-page website in 1 language.

2. All email and phone consultations.

3. Premium Caching (WP Rocket) (worth 1,300 Kc)

* All work is done under my Czech živno, and no DPH is applicable.

** Once I start work on the project, I will require a deposit of 40%, and the remainder will be paid once the project is completed.
